WHO WE ARE
Welcome to Ashland County Community Academy (ACCA)! We are a public charter school founded in 2008 with a clear mission: to help every student find their way to graduation. Our program is designed for students who need an alternative to traditional public schools or large, impersonal online programs. We are an Ohio state-chartered dropout prevention and recovery program, dedicated to helping high school students earn their diploma and confidently transition to the next step in their lives.

At ACCA, we've designed a learning environment that puts students first. Our approach is built on flexibility, personalized support, and practical skills for the future.
Blended Learning: Our schedule is built for flexibility. Students learn on campus from Monday through Thursday, with Fridays reserved for blended learning. This day allows students to work on real-world projects, explore careers, and get one-on-one help with personalized tutoring or special education services. It's a day designed to fit their life, not the other way around.
Career & Tech Prep: We believe in hands-on learning that prepares students for the real world. Our Career-Based Intervention (CBI) program provides students with career exploration and preparation, helping them discover their strengths and interests.
Credit Recovery: We provide multiple ways for students to catch up on credits they need to graduate. Our personalized programs help students get back on track and feel confident about their path to a high school diploma.
